IRS scams

Most of the times, you may get a call from a company claiming to be the IRS (Internal Revenue Service). The person will tell you that you have a pending bill towards the IRS and that you need to clear it immediately to avoid arrest warrants or other severe penalties. The first and foremost thing that you need to remember in this case is to never succumb to their threat, irrespective of how abusive or threatening their language. You should understand that the IRS is a professional organization and that it would never call you without sending you a proper bill (with the amount and its breakdown) that is pending from your side.
