1 I believe this is a robocall or scammer, it may be a legit cell # that someone owns, but I've been getting numerous calls a day with numbers with the same 256-479 to the number and they are all robocalls because if i call the numbers back either they are either not in service or someone answers the phone and says they haven't called me or anyone that day.
