1 The caller left a recorded message in a woman's voice in Chinese. I neither speak, nor understand Chinese. I decided to call back to find out who this might be or why I am getting 6 to 8 Chinese calls per week. A man's voice mail greeting answered - IN clear ENGLISH! Several resources gave this number as belonging to David Bilodeau. Either the number is spoofed or this is a SCAM SCAM SCAMITTY SCAM SCAM. Blocked the number and reported it to the FTC.
