1 This person is a scammer! Claiming to have puppies for sale. He wants you to pay in full and he'll ship you the dog. He asks for ZELLE payment only, which isn't insured. I didn't fall for it and called him out on it. Not a single response from him since. Google the number and you'll see there are several other complaints.
