1 I was in a meeting when I first received a text from this number saying, "It's Urgent." I called back to know what it was about. Nobody received it.

1 They were using extremely sophisticated natural language processing. Sounded like a real person, but in fact, was a recording that knew how to respond to my various comments and questions. Not sure how they got my number (or how they were authorized to call) because I have listed my cell phone with the registry. They did not say what their company name was.
