1 POSSIBLE: I've been trying to call back this number for about 30 minutes none stop but instantly connects me to hold music. After about 5-10 minutes it disconnects and I call right back. I'm not sure if this is "suspicious" because he had all my information and that he was calling from the company I now work for by name and said that he was letting me know what items are now covered under my insurance and can be readily available for me without a co-pay, i.e., creams/lotions/cough medicines/first aid/headache medicine, etc.! He had the pharmacy address, zip and phone number, so I am hoping this is legit, but still want to safe by adding if this not.
