1 Rude man calls multiple times per week claiming to be a contractor. He will call from the number provided and ask who he is speaking to when he called me, then will not give his name when requested or even what business he is associated with. After ending the call, he will immediately call again, only from a private number. He then proceeds to do the same thing all over again, asking for name but will not provide his name or business. This man has been calling for weeks.. Once, he told me his name was Todd. After a little research it appears the phone number is registered to a 57 yr old Robin Repovsch who lives in Imperial Beach on Hemlock ave. There are many complaints online a out this phone number and man named Todd
