1 Was told that I was overcharged on my utility bill. if I wanted to start the refund process to press "1" which I did not as that was a big red flag. i immediately phoned my local utility company to find that it was not them, this was not how they would handle an overcharge and informormed that this was a spam call at the very least. If they call you please do not connect by pressing 1 or you may get yourself twisted up with bad people.
