1 This was the call-back number in a scam voicemail. The man claimed he was a collection company and calling about an elastic account (which I have never had, nor would I ever have). I have filed a complaint with the FCC. I keep my phone on sleep mode 24/7 so didn’t hear it ring. (Only emergency contacts ring.)
