1 I have been getting continuous calls from an unknown number, whenever I receive them nobody speaks. Is it a scam number?

1 Either a bot or a scammer but definitely creepy. He claims that he works for the military branch of the government and volunteers at an unspecified orphanage. My roommate met him through Seeking Arrangements and we thought he was legit at first but we noticed a few red flags and when we asked him to call he called from a no caller ID and what sounded like an automated voice with generic answers. This really freaked us out so please don't get involved!
