This man says he’s from charter, knew everything about my charter account and told me if I gave him my debit card in over the phone, he’d lower my balance get my cable turned back on etc... one thing he didn’t realize is that we don’t pay for cable internet since my hubby worked there! Charter also doesn’t have ppl call from their own cell phones as it doesn’t contract their call centers out to locals! Wen I told this Nathan I’d have to verify w charter, he abruptly hung up and then blocked my call lol dumbass like I’m REALLY gonna give my bank info to a stranger....NOT GONNA GAPPEN
