This number was used by the Chris on OfferUp for an item I had for sale there. The account was created and unverified. Asked me to call him to get address for my home to pick up item. This is an unsafe way to meet up. I msg back saying to meet at safe location (not my home) and the account was immediately deactivated. Soon after a very similar message from another user named Tom Morgan (same newly created and unverified account on OfferUp came in. This time with an email address to send him money instructions. When I declined and msg him back to say pay thru the app. Again - account immediately was deactivated by the user. I really like OfferUp and want it to stay a safe place to buy and sell for all us genuine people. Hope this helps people stay safe everywhere.
