These are scam artists that claim they want to sell you discounted printer toner. They call businesses and tell them they have toner that someone else ordered and doesn't need and want to sell it to you for your company at a discount. They are trying to GET YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM! I'm an administrative assistant at a company and heard from other admins within the company that they have also been targeted. BEWARE! When I told them we have an office services department that handles our Ricoh printers and toners, they lied and say they "already spoke to them and were told to call [individuals]". They called me a second time, a few months ago, and I recited their speech to them and she awkwardly laughed and said "no, why would we do that" then she hung up on me. The same lady called me for a 3rd time today and when I said my name, she asked if this was (company), when I confirmed, she seemed to recognize me and she said she "had a lot of static on her end" and hung up on me again, even though I could hear her perfectly.
