When I asked for an employee ID# they came up with one and said they would call Spectrum for me. I called Spectrum immediately and they said they would never contact us to lower the bill.
On receiving the call from this unidentified number, I learned that the person was speaking in Spanish. But I don’t know any Spanish person. Strange!!
