PG&E Scam call saying to go to CVS Pharmacy and get a moneypak to pay my bill in 2 hours or they would be shutting off my power
Same here. PG&E scam. Called the number and tried to chat. But they we to chicken sh#t.
Husband rec'd call from "PG&E" on his cellphone (NOT listed as contact phone for our PG&E account), saying they were about to shut down our power, and to call this number to make payment to avoid shutoff. That was about 2:30 today, PDT. I checked and our account is just fine and paid up. SCAMMERS!
Just got a call saying they were PG & E said they would turn power off in 1/2 hour. Just another SCAM!!!!!!
Ditto from me, too. Convincingly said they were PG&E and would 'turn off my power in 30 minutes'. Hours later, it's still on, I see.
