I have WellCare insurance, so I replied to the voicemail that was left for me. It was a recording that knew my name and wanted me to respond yes or no if that was my name, so I responded yes, then I got suspicious when it started asking me for more information and hung up before giving them any more info and called the number on the back of my insurance card. I was told it was a scam call and they wanted to know the number it came from, which I gave them. They said they will submit this number for fraud investigation and told me not to answer any calls unless they come from the numbers on the back of my insurance card.
